busted...

last weekend i was at a party outside of town. and it got busted which is nothign new, but anyways...the cops used night vision video cameras and goggels to record the whole party, they came out of the bushes after like 3 hours and gave everyone who was drinking a minor and sent the video into the states attorneys office. luckily i wasnt drinking that night so i didnt get one. do any of the cops in your towns do this?

that sux. in canada you can drink all you want on your own property as long as you ain't causin shit. your buddies should go to court about it because the cops need a warrant to be able to do that sort of thing

Shit...that blows. Those sneaky bastards. At our town EVERYONE goes to the drive in movie theatre, parks in the back and gets really trashed. It ends at like, 12 so the cops came then and gave everyone breathalizers that was leaving.

That suck I was drinking in the street when I was 16 and two cop saw me and they didn't say anything

ugh that blows, i was smokin up last night and this guy pulls up in a d/t car. I was so scraed, it was my friend's friends dad. He just warned us not to smoke there cause people knew we did there. anyways i almost shit my pants good thing it was only him next time only smokein on private prop, latz

The cops don't need a warrant to watch you, they do it all the time to catch people they think may have commited a crime by following them or watching them at work, home, etc.

They wouldn't have a warrant for that.. it takes more then 5 minutes to get a warrant, and they have to ISSUE the warrant.. so they'd have to give it to you.
'Excuse me, we're just going to be over here spying on you. See, it says we're allowed right here [pointing at paper]'...

But yeah, they aren't allowed IN your house without a warrant... unless you invite them in. I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed to watch you... uhh.. it's illegal for people to do it.. but it's actually legal if the camera is visible... I don't think it matters for the coppos though...

I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Yeah, the cops are assholes in my city, they have nothing better to do, so its really hard to drink...if we try and have a party, it gets busted within 15 minutes...we have to many police in out city...there are alot of MIPS written too....sorry to hear about the video cameras, that is pretty gay that they would do that

it was in national forest and there was a bonfire ( real smart) so thats breaking a law with the open fire so they have the right...it sucks, but its the law

I'm not totally against drinking, toking, or smoking... I don't think its the greatest lifestyle choice but its okay once in a while. I've found, you should never get messed up at a party, something will probably happen either there or on the way home. Just do it at home with a few friends, or somewhere far off in the desert (one of the good aspects of southern Idaho) where noone is going to catch you.

Yeah as long as you have a DD (designated driver) you are set, but i'm getting my license soon and will probably be designated quite often till my friends get their licenses...i'll make them pay me back.

k, who the hell says 'u shouldn't get trashed at parties'?? what's the point of having a party if you're not gonna party.. this isn't to say that i can't have fun w/o drinking, but c'mon.. i think you're a tad paranoid.

no, the cops in my town suck.. The police station was broken into a few years ago. we have one full time cop, and probably 5 other, volenteer cops. MY TOWN SUCKS.

ive never been caught and never had any problems with the police. the only time i was ever stopped by a p. officer was when i was out w/ some friends in whistler and we were smoking some herb and were pretty drunk and were walking around the village some guy stopped us and all he said was that if we wanted to partake in our choices of activities we should do it inside. thats all he said.

Thats weird...I never experienced anything like that in Whistler, I was there for like 20 days being messed up practically every single night. Sucks for you, but still they are wicked cool up there. Whistler is unbeatable.

what you do is go camping out in the middle of no where, have a fat kegger, and when all the idiots drive 30 min to go home, you just chill by the fire then sleep out there and drive home in the morning. some idiot left the map to the camp in the copier at school, and it still didnt get busted, even though the principal at my school is crazy about that shit

hahaha...yeah thats what we do. there in the middel of the mts around here and the only way to get to the spot is to walk in. but unfourtently cops see the trail or cars going to the spot...it kinda sucks
