Replying to Huge problem need some help

aight heres the deal my dog just snuck out the door and there was a 24-32 year old dude and his dog and my dog walked up to this dog adn the dude starts yellin at my dog and prevoking ym dog then my dog and his dog gets into it then he kicks my dog and starts yelling at me "get the fuckin dog on leash you dumb ass" and shit like that to i call him "dumb piece of shit" then i says "ill kick your dogs ass if he comes at my dog" and i said "maby i will let my dog of his leash" and he said "Waht?" and we went back and forth liek that a coulple of times then i called him "deaf son of a bitch" then went and grabed a knife and said to my little bro "ill fuck that bitch up"(now bare in mind that im only 15) then my najbor hasd this dude over that yells out the door at me "that dogs a little bitch and ill kill him" and went on with a bunch of shit like that adn i just took it then i let my dog into the back yard and i liv in aduplex so we share the yard adn that motherfucking dumb shit tryed to sneek out back to kick my dog but i was watchin and he dident notice at firdt then he let his dog out and tryed to play it off like he was just gonna play with his dog but then my dog walks near his dog and that fuckin ass hole kicks my dog so my dog runs away and this ass hole fuckin starts yellin at me to "get your fuckin dog on a fuckin leash" and i jsut kind of lookaed at him then he yells at me "that fucking bitch dog attack a 5 month ol puppy" (that fuckin puppy was 4-5 inches taller then my dog and easly had 15lbs in my dog and y dog has never attacked another dog with out the other dog prevoking him) then my najbor lets call him DICK comes out and just starts screaming at me to put my dog on a leash and that hes gonna kick my dog and he said "im gonna kil that dog" so DICK and lets name the other guy TINY alright so then DICK and TINY are both chasin my dog around the yard and screaming at me Disiplin your dog" and how there gonna kill my fucking dog and a bunch of shit like that and im trying to catch my dog but hes so scared that hes fuckin doin ninja shit jumpin off the wall like jaki chan adn all the while DICK is yellin shti at me about my dog and im yellin back "DICK im tryin to catch my dog of you'll calm down i will catch him" so finaly i catch my dog and im holding him by him his collar and im headed for my door when DICK came up and tryed to fucking kick my dog and is yelling at me "im gonna kick him" repetidly so my dog pulls out of his collar and just fuckin takes off running away from DICK then DICK does this thing whre he raises his arms up as high as he can then does this fall looking thing and slaps the ground with both hands and says again "catch your fucking dog im gonna fucking kick him" adn i just say "DICK im trying calm down for a min" then my little bro opens the sliding door and my dog runs past me and DICK trys to kick him but misses and kicks me then my dog finally got back into the house then TINY and DICK strart yellin at me " if your dog ever attacks a dog like that again like he did out front im gonna fucking kick him in the mouth then call the police" then i took my dog in end of story what gets me is that my dog and his dog (not the the 5 month old the one thats the same age as my dog who is 2.5) scrape all the time and he doesent care he just says "let it happen" and he used to be like the coolest dude around and now hes the biggest TINY DICK around what should i do now im moving in a week so my plan is to the day that i leave while hes at work to mess with his house but i need to know what i should do to it
