there should be some way to like report the seller to ebay, and prove that no matter what shipping option you chose, it would never ever be that price.  i hate people like that who do it just so they can say "lowest price anywhere."  it really shouldn't be allowed.

actually, Ebay recommends that you do that to save on fees. It is in their help section as a well to draw buyers; creating a lower price with high shipping

TS is right, I don't think it's recommended to that level, but it does save on the seller fees, and it gets alot of people to look at the auction.
