Okay...imagine this...you are 5'10.5", 170 lbs, you live in Utah. You have skied for 16 years, you are 21 years old. You already own a pair of Trouble Makers 182 cm. Now you need a midfat-fat twin. On park days You can ski your TM's, but being in Utah there are plenty of Powder Days(and alot of crud days too). What ski do you get (I was thinking Gotama, Mantra, ARV, JPvJulian, Scratch BC, Gun, AK Enemy, The Seth, ANT, 4frnt VCD, Big Trouble, or anything else you can think of). You really want the ski to be able to ski good powder and take some of your tricks to the BC.
mantra's a sick freeride ski, but dont get it if you wanna do any bc freestyle: its not a twin tip!
Also, this guy is clearly crazy suggesting those two: the arv is mega soft, whereas the mantra is really stiff- they are completely different types of ski!
Seth, Ak enemy, gotama, scratch bc, big trouble...
these would all do great, just demo and see which you like.
