I think it's crap. Maybe that's just because I'm looking into becoming a doctor, but I think it is ridiculous to sue a doctor for an accident or mistake he makes. I guess it depends on just how negligent he or she was, but for the most part, the doctor is doing the best he can, and you cannot exepect him to be perfect. Any thoughts?
