depends on the snow this year. december the parc should be getting build but dont expect to have the full thing plus pipe completed. as for pow thats hit and miss. east coast weather is super unpredictable. especially in dec. you'll prob have some good riding, but to tell you it'll be like riding out west would be stretching it too far.
