B4's are a really fun ski, I'd pick them over your two choices any day. Mojo 90's are pretty good too, although I wouldn't really consider them as much of a powder ski.

scratch bc. Amazing ski for everything. I used it all last season and loved it... I could probably sell mine to you acctually they're in good condition and I'm not really planing on using them much. 178 though kinda short for you

my first choice would be rossi scratch BC WRS...they added a bunch of new features to the ski, the biggest one being the wieght reduction system...helps you with a little more pop off backcountry booters and in the deeps. Line also make sgreat skis.

the chronic blend seems great for you. 90mm waist. does well on groomers, rips for stable park landings, floats through powder and they will definietly do your season. the BC would also be a great choice.

Where are you going to be using it? There are too many skis to suggest with the info given, but if you want a "powder" specific ski that is 90 in the waist, I'm assuming you aren't using it here out west.
Yeah 90 is enough float for most days, but I ski 94 every day.
