depends. i doubt crowbars are helmet friendly.

what? DO NOT GET A FRAMES TO WEAR WITH A HELMET. I think crowbars are good with helmets, try some on with your helmet at the shop to be sure. If you dont wear a helmet just give me your money and go walk into some high speed traffic.

i would personally go with the crowbars. But it all depends on how fat your face is and if you wear a helmet or not.
