I know but it has nothing to do with the story-line? The Halo 3 trailer makes it look like the covenant and the humans had been fighting alot (and possibly 'won' the fight)

Bungie just wanted to expand it's boundary's, RTS aren't big sellers anymore anyways so I don't think it'll be that successful.
