I just got to college a few weeks ago and I havent been able to download any torrents at a resonable speed. The fastest downloading speed I get her is 2 kb/s, and I know the torrent I'm downloading has plenty of seeders. I don't really know that much about ports and routers so any help would be appreciated. Its not just me either, my room mate cant get any fast torrents or limewire to work. Somehow my college has been able to slow down my download speed so much and I dont know how to fix it. I don't know if its any help but xbox live doesnt work here either. thanks for your help.
