go to media, photos, and on the top left or right is the icon "upload photos". click on that and hit browse and you should be able to ass photos saved on your computer (or you can put the photo url instead, but doing the first is easier)

yeh..but I can do that...i can't do other thing...I can't have my pics smaller!(It's too big..it has f.ex. 413 kb.).and I don't have program to do this...or I have but I can't use it.Aftertomorrow my friend will help me...i am a blonde..I can to be not able to do this:)
