Today I really fucked up

First thing about me, I actually do care about school, like if I have an essay i'll put a lot of effort into it and get an A, same goes with all the work I do, except math and science. Im just lazy and procastinate until the last minute. I also like to blaze a lot. The last week or so this area has been completly dry, which almost never happens. so last night I snuck out at 11:30 and picked up 2oz. Got back fine, everything was good. I hadn't smoked in a while so this morning on the way to school, parked my car in a chill spot and sparked one. got to first period print making just on time at 9. I didnt think my hoodie would still smell at all, since I drove the rest of the way with the windows and sunroof down. I realized i forgot eyedrops but I didnt worry about it, I never had any problems with it before. So I go into class, grab a powerbook and go on NS while the super gay teacher brought his partner in to talk about his artwork.

Like 15 mins into the class the teacher started acting sketchy and asked the student teacher to come outside with him. I didnt relaly worry about it the first time, but when it happened again I started getting a little parinoid. About 10 minutes after that my guidence conseler comes in and requests that I come to her office for a couple minutes. She told me they thought I was under the influence of something - I played it off with amazing skill. Things went downhill when she told me I needed to be searched... the mistake I realized I made was being lazy in the morning and just sticking a whole ounce bag into my stash pocket in my bag, instead of breaking a nug or 2 off, along with a scale. I finally agreed to empty my pockets and show my shoes/socks, which were all empty. The gay teacher then dropped my bag off and I was joined by 2 other adminstators. I spoke very articulatly and so they said they honestly believed me that I wasnt stoned, that I was just tired from going ot bed at 3am the night before. I asked to leave and go back to class but they said they had to search my bag first. I told them Im tired of this bullshit and I know my rights. "I dont consent to searches" and that didnt do anything wrong, I dont feel comfortable with the search continuing. Then it became a stand still for a while, I just kept repeating that I was traumatized by my wildneress program over the summer and I couldnt go on with this. They said they were gona get my parnets to come and pick me up and that I couldnt use my car. so I said peace and walked out the door and got into my car and took off to home

moral of the story: dont forget visine, dont be careless, stay up

i stashed everything away the second i got home... the problem is I got blood-drug (yes they fucking stuck a needle in me) tested and Im pretty sure I didnt pass. The only reason I concented is cause otherwise id have nothing like car,comp. I was ready for the urine test with a clean sample in a cigar tube but not blood testing.

so much fucking drama over nothing important at all

well if your old enough to get a condo in tahoe then who cares about a drug test of weed. I mean I guarentee your parents and everyone else has smoked at one point. And if you need a roomate in tahoe I'm all for it. hahah

word hit me up, i need like 4 other kids who are down to split rent. the reason i care is because Im still gona be here for another like 7 months before I have the money

and ive found bud in my parents drawer twice a couple years ago.. i already called them out on that many times

not sure yet, Im just starting the process of figuring it all out. My parents support a year off too even though that doenst really matter. It just needs to be somewhat affordable and close to a sick mountain, so I can work all next summer and pay for it

whether or not you think pot should be legal or not doesnt matter. the fact is according to law pot is illegal. You need to grow up and learn that every action you take has consequences. also you need to understand that you have no rights to not allow a search especially when you are at school, you walk onto that property and you lose all your rights, also i am pretty sure you are under the age of 18 which also means you do nto have the rights of someone who is 18. Guess what you fucked up and you need to deal with the consequences and oh i dunno grow the fuck up, then again if your wilderness thing didnt make you think a little more about not smoking (or at least when and where you should do it as not to get into trouble). i can only hope and pray that your genetic material is never passed along

Dude the best thing i hear to do in that case is to just fucking bounce asap, seriously as soon as the teacher suspects somethin fucking bounce then they just get you for skippin a class or just say you thought you were gunna spew so you rolled .

actaully, what he had to say was true, though rather blunt. Yes, pot is fun. but it is illegal. if you're going ot engage in illegal activities, whether it be as simple as speeding a little bit, or smoking, you have ot be ready to take the consequences, otherwise, just dont do it.

I don't give a shit how old you are, if you say the words "I don't consent to search you", anyone who ignores that is stepping into a world of legal pain. Just because you aren't 18 doesn't mean you don't deserve basic privacy. Believe me, anyone who has any idea what they're doing will refrain from searching such a person.... if they can possibly avoid it, that is; if they were looking for a knife or a gun, it'd be a different story.

I hate how people make such a big deal about one kid being high. Theres plenty of dirt bags out there who do worse stuff. And sure, its true about pot being illegal, but his story was about how gay people can be in school, trying to be police and shit, not about how weed should be legal or welcome in school.

im not siding with the admins. but they are doing their jobs. they are supposed to keep the school safe and drug free. drugs are illegal so anyone who has it should suffer the consiquences. i did like how eastAR5 busted out the 5th amendment shit i think it is. i have that set for driving. your stories kick ass

you're lucky that they didn't search your bag; they have right to search anything in your possession in the school, so if it was in your car, you would be fine, but thats good that they didn't catch you.

you should get a condoe in tahoe. there is definatelly housing for pretty cheap right in the valley that i know of and it is only like a 15 min drive fom northstar. but if ur gonna come to taheo you cant be a park rat

i am so fuckin sick of people bitching at weed smokers on this site.  please stop telling people how to live their lives.  we're not retarded, we know weed can be bad for you, we know it is illegal, we know that it's expensive, and we know some people don't approve of it.  so no more, "why don't you just not smoke weed" posts.  nobody cares - you're not doing a fuckin service by telling people not to smoke.

i got my car searched this year and i had like 3 grams in my fucking glovebox.
and being a dumbass i had said something to someone through a textmessage about smoking after school. which was weird because i NEVER take anything to school.
well they caught me with my phone, took it. read my messages and then said "someone reported you"
which was bullshit cuz noone knew it was in there
anyways they were completely retarted and missed it in the glovebox, but searched the rest of the car so carefully that they even took the jack out and searched my first-aid kit.

Very lucky, this kid in my french class last year had a pound in his car and got caught. Hes serving like 3 years is what his friend said. Nobody really knew where he went for a few days till his friend told us he wouldnt be coming back for a while.

Thats just not true. The school functions as a surigate parent while the child is on school grounds thereby giving the adminstration the right to search not only the person but the locker as well. There was a big supreme court case about it (i cant remember the name) and that was their ruling. Basically you have no rights in school.

haha, two years ago a teacher (who everyone hates) went into a students car looking for his information because he was parked in a teachers spot or something and found weed (don't remember how much).  The teacher reported it it and he got suspended.  In response to that blatant violation almost the whole school staged a walk-out.  it was great, people just walked out of classes and half our teachers supported us walking out. only problem was some dumbass kids started making signs w/ weed leafs on it saying legalize it and shit. that didn't really help our cause.

you could not be more wrong, in canada at least. Regardless if hes 18 or not the second he says i do not consent to a search they have to get a warrent. Same with your car. The only thinkg that they could parcially argue is that your locker is school property, but even then my school wont go near a locker with out a cop who has a signed warrent. If they had searched him after they said no they would have been in so much legal shit that he would have been able to buy that condo instead of renting it.

Wow, that wasn't redundant or anything.  It sounds like you need to grow the fuck up.  You talk as if you have never made a mistake.  Smoking pot and going to school is a regular thing that takes place at every high school in the nation, every day.  It's not like he was being outrageously stupid, he took a calculated risk.  As a skier, you do the same thing every saturday and sunday.  Also, if you notice the the title of the thread "Today I really fucked up", he is admitting his error.  Is it not obvious that he learned from what he did?  How is he not dealing with the consequenses?  He avoided the consequences buddy, which is a much smarter move that giving in and hoping for the best.  It's funny how you talk such big shit about a kid who is smart enough to evade 3 school administrators.  Feats like that don't happen often.  I think it is you, not he that should probably not be passing along any genes.  The world doesn't need any more people as ignorant and with so little understanding as you around.  If you beg to differ, re-read your post and reply intelegently.l
