Replying to Black people and cops

So i'm sitting down doing homework in my room just now. Outside i see this cop through the wondow come up to a black guy (theres about 2 black people in boulder with 60,000 people) who was soliciting. I go outside and kinda ask the cop whats up and why this guy is in trouble, told him that i was making sure that no one is getting in trouble for something they didnt do. The cop is like "no no dont worry, theres no problem here. Jamal just doesn't have a soliciting permit, somebody just called to say that there was a black guy dressed in a button down shirt walking around the rickest neighborhood you could imagine. The black guy seems pretty chill about it so i go inside. A half hour later i see 2 more cop cars come to pick this guy up for not having a soliciting permit...anybody else feel bad for black people.
