I write this text in order to say THANK U to all the ppl at volkl europe.
I bought a Dogen last autumn and skied it for about 2 months, when the tail of one ski broke off. I instantly emailed volkl to ask whether or not they would replace the ski, and they told me to contact the dealer, but they sended me loads of stickers, posters and other goodies.
The local dealer (where i didn't even buy the skis) sent the broken skis to volkl, and they sent me a brand new pair of the new dogen...not the old white/red ones, but the new one with the train on it!
