Ski Resort Food

Who here thinks that ski resort food is the absolute greatest food EVER. its like all over the place the food is good, no matter what resort. and im not talking the restauraints in the resorts, just the reg cafe, its just so fuckin great im sorry. the best is the chili in the bread bowls and the turkey and gravy heros. ohh and also the jamaican beef. post ur fav ski resort food here people!

I agree. Good out west and in Europe is really good. Especially the restaurants on the mountain mid-slope. But out east the food is really expensive and sucks. Especially where i ski so I bring my own food.

jesus sam.......anyway don't ever get the regular pizza at jacks at copper it is so fucking gross--the chicken pizza with pesto sauce is bomb though--when me and my friends are flat broke though we take tomato slices from the condiment bar and put salt and pepper on them--if any of us ever come up with our own trick we were gonna call it the 'salty tomato'

I used to have this friend who never had enough money to buy a lunch. So he would put a bunch of ketchup in a bowl and then put in some hot water, mix it all around, and you've got tomato soup. Its actually not half bad.

you all must be rich every resort i have been to is expensive except crested butte colorado.

Get a bowl of soup pasta and a soda at mammoth and we are talking $15.
Add a snicker at $2 and your at $18 bucks for lunch thats way too much $$$$$.

Resort food is so over priced. $5 for a slice of pizza? I dont care how good it is, thats fuckin ridiculous. Copper has a pasta special for 3 bucks thats pretty good and the $3.75 skiers breakfast at A-basin seriously kicks ass though.

its mad easy to just steal entire meals from ski resorts. go eat lunch at like peek time (11-12) load up your tray and just walk past the cashiers as they are busy with soembody else, i do it all the time its so easy to do. just dont look sus and you can pull it off cuz of the crowd coverin you up.

grilled cheese and fries at sunday river...only 3.75, and it's a triple decker griled cheese, it's the only thing that's not expensive, and it's tasty
at waterville i always bring stuff, but if i don't, then ussually grilled cheese(fries are too expensive there), or a beef burrito...tastiest resort food ever

Yeah a-basin's breakfast is so damn good, and if your an employee there you get as much breakfast as you want for free which is badass to bad i dont work there.

lots of them are over priced tho. unless your an employee or know people. I havn't had issues but if I had to pay a lot for little things it would get annoying. like at smuggs for a tea...ehem small portion of hot water and a bag of herbs: almost 3$ as I recall. o well

Mountain of Nachos at the Stube at meadows. $9 bux, but you can split it 2-3 ways. Makes a huge lunch only cost $3-5 with a tip. PLus you get a carafe of water and pimp chairs.
