Get microsofts defender for spyware. And for the virus get the AVG from grisoft like the guy above said. Those 2 together will work well.

i keep getting pirated AVG messages from them.

i looked it up and they want 40 bucks for 2 years which isnt bad at all. but my pirated copy doesnt run out till 2112...lol

this program is free if you have a torrent downloader like utorrnet or bittorrent. down load PC Cillin by trend micro. get a key gen for it and you'll be set. un like norton, it actually works at removing virus without slowing the fuck out of your computer, and unlike avg free it will actually remove a trogan from your computer if you happen to get one. my brother got a trogan and neither norton or avg free could completly remove it. pc cillin cleaned it right up.

i dunno if i should be posting that and i know this is a realy really old thread, but the serialgen hooks you up if you wanna dl avg anti virus from www.grisoft.com. if you look in www.phazeddl.com and search avg anti virus, it'll come up w/ a lot of mirrors. download one and then go through the steps then use the serialgen i gave you. HF and keep teh comps clean. =D

Just search for like anti virus and see what pops up.  There are only legit programs on that site too, its sick.
