They are actually insanely easy once you get used to them. You should already know how to do backflips, for sure. The hit the jump fakie a few times, get used to it, then ski in fakie, fast,a and get in kind of a crouch. Explode off the lip, push up and out hard, and look straight over the top for your landing. You can tuck up your knees to increase the speed of rotation if you need to; I tend to lay out my body behind me and bring it around at the last minute. One word: Commit. if you don't commit, you will feel pain.
