I just saw a trailor for a movie called "Infamous" (link below)

Now is it just me or is this almost identical to the Oscar winning movie "Capote" that was released last year? The shots in the trailor even look the exact same. Why would a studio pretty much replicate a movie, and within a year also. Another thing that does not make sense is it seems that there are some big names in it too....Just why?
