My iTunes and AIM dont like each other

So i got the new iTunes and i dont really like it, but the thing is is when i instant message, the song thats playing get wicked staticky. I really cant stand it. If someone has this problem or knows how to fix it, tell me. And wheres the fucking EQ.

mine does that sometimes when i just start it. i just exit out and open it again and then its fine

im not sure, but i think if you click the second to the right button on the top right, like options or edit, go to the bottom, click preferences, and its in there...
im just guessing. i cant open my itunes

oh yea. when this happens it means theres a ghost in your house. and they get upset at computers and stuff. I read it somewhere.

it's a known problem with itunes. the new itunes 7 is buggy as hell, to the point where people are crying lemon. unfortunately, there's really no way to fix it until the next itunes update from apple.
