Replying to Torn ACL

i found out that my acl is completely torn, so basically the ski season for this year is obviously out the window. i live in ontario canada, and i was just wondering how long did the rest of you wait to get your surgery. i saw my surgeon close to two months ago, but have yet receive any information regarding approximately when the surgery is going to take place. therefore i am trying to find out on average, how long does it take for most ppl to get their acl surgery done.
