that sucks dude, looks like he put them core center. i found that out the hard way too, you got to be real specific with those fuckers. i just mark the ski with a sharpie where i want it now so they dont fuck it up.
Alright, first of all, shut the hell up, if he measured, and he says the difference is 7 inches, then the difference is 7 fucking inches, I doubt you'd know what 7 inches looked like if it was slamming the back of your throat in the form of a large black cock. And second, everyone stop telling him his skis aren't centered, he already knows, they are most likely mounted are core center instead of true center, the only question left is whether he's going to just not bother with and and ski them at core center, or take them in and tell them they fucked up and they need to fix it, personally, I'd be alright riding a park ski at core, I have my Liberty park skis mounted at core and they are just fine, plenty of tail, you probably won't be able to tell the difference anyway.
Man, what is the big deal? So what they aren't TRUE center, I wouldnt reccomend TRUE center to anyone unless they spend 99% of all their time on the hill in the park. You can't ski for shit with true center mount. Reccomended CORE center mount is best for all mountain and good for park too.
And by the way, WTF....you couldnt even think to measure them to see if they were centered? No wonder they aren't true center, you clearly didn't explain to the shop what you wanted. There are two types of "Center" and the most common is the MARKED RECCOMENDED CORE CENTER. Look for a mark, or arrow along the side of your ski, I bet if you check, they are indeed mounted on "Core Center". It's you're fualt if you didn't know enough to tell the guy the difference. Maybe you would care enough to me more careful next time, or if you had bought them yourselves, rather than with your mommy and daddy's money. if you just said "Mount them Center" they did nothing wrong. Next time specify TRUE CENTER. By the way I wouldn't get them re mounted if i were you, you'll be weakening your ski, and making it so they snap easier (trust me).
By the way, I doubt if you are unable to even TELL if they are true center mounted, I also bet you have no Idea what a true center mount is going to do for you, or better yet, I bet you wouldnt even notice the difference.
my mountain has nothing to ski but park thats why i got a park specific ski, and there r no marks on the side of the ski to tell where to mount them, but thanks anyway
you dont want them true center, the binding will end up being way in front of the slant side wall when it is. I did that to my old ar5's and there was nothing to the nose. I doubt you will EVER notice any kinda difference one or two cm is not gunna make a massive difference. You should trust the factory recomended center (best for how the side cut is) and from a all freestyle company like armada they know what works best for 90% of people.
