Where did you mount your Maidens/ AK Enemys?

I am looking at buying this years AK Enemys, and I am wondering where many people have mounted them. I will be skiing them switch and forwards everywhere, and will not be jibbing with them. I am simply curious as to where most people have set them up.

mine aren't mounted yet, because I don't have my boots for this season, but I was thinking +7 cm. I hear its good for everything.
