Mounting bindings HELP!

im getting my bindings mounted today on my t-halls and im wondering what the hell the green pieces r?, r they lifters? if they r should i take em off? i dont really no what they r for they r the look px12 ti jibs wide brake

its some shock absorebor pad thing. i dont think you can take it off

yea its for shock absorbtion, you don't want to take it off. i only rises you about another half cm off the snow, so its not going to effect you're skiing at all.

i'd keep them on in case they made the screws a bit longer to accomodate them.

i believe there lifter pads...could be shock pads
