Goiter Growing Contest!!!

Ok, so we're not going to eat any salt for like a year and we're going to become Iodine defficient and have our thyroids glands swell up and in March of 2007 we're going to see who has the largest Goiter. Everyone has to put in $20 and the winner takes all.
