TRAMPOLINE TRAINING NOW IN TORONTO!!

Starting Tuesday, May 6th I will be Coaching 2hr sessions at the Airborne Trampoline Club in Woodbridge, ON. For anyone who is not familiar where Woodbridge is, it's at the 400 & Hwy 7 exit and it's very easy to get to the Gym.

The program has been re-structured and it will now be an Open Jam. If you want Coaching, I'll help you through any spins Cork/Bio, Inverts and anything else you want to learn. If you just want to come out and work on your on stuff and push each other, you can do that to.

We also have a pool with a tower close by and that is another option I am looking into once I have crew together.
