How do u guys feel about Cascade Mountain?

Good Park Scene?

Good Contests?

Good Boarder/Skier ratio and relationship?
i know some bros that just started working there and will be influencing some park stuff there.

I think the question should be how do you like prefect North, since it looks as though they have a lease agreement in place to run Cascade now!!!

haha i didnt want to put it out there like that but since u already know. PNS is amazing... and our best park guy is already working at Cascade.

I personally do not care for Cascade's park. I will probably be ripped on for it but the jumps (big ramp angle, flat landing angle) have always been poorly built. Yes they have an awesome pipe, but it's never open and their rails are awful. Please make that your first priority to upgrade to something better than the high school tech-ed construction.

Also, you have to do something about the amount of novices going through the park! It is extremely dangerous, nobody knows the code!

I'll look forward to the changes!

yeah we heard the number of injuries in your park and it was some astronomical number. hopefully the old park guys let this new guy... His name is Tom if you ever encounter those type of people... hes super easy to talk to and would be stoked to hear some input from some core kids.

im not on those forums but i guess i could start.

What were the terms of the lease? I'm curious as someday I want to be part of an investment group to buy Sunburst! I have a feeling the way the Engle's have the hill under one corporate name and the tubing park in their own, it may be a way to approach them with a lease instead of a buyout.

anyway... the terms of the Lease im not exactly certain on, but if things go well this season Perfect North Slopes will be in place to Buy Cascade all together.
