Flips and Spins

Ok theres so many inverts and types of spins and grabs in skiing and ive only been on the newschool scene for two years now, im confused. This is what i think the tricks are but i have no clue if this is right.
Rodeo-backflip with rotations
Misty-frontflip with rotations
D-spin-corked three to backflip
Underflip-180 to front flip
Overflip-180 to backflip
Corked - just tilted axis
Bio-like a sideways spin kinda deal
Lincoln Loop-like a cartwheel in the air
Mute-outside edge of left ski(under binding) with right hand and crossed up
Tail-outside edge of right ski(at the tail) with right hand crossed
Toxic-Inside edge of right ski(at the tail) with right hand crossed
Phil-Outside edge of right ski(near binding) with right hand crossed
Blunt Tail-same as tail just the tip is grabbed and not the inside or outside edge

Hey Snonasty i was in your postion for the longest time, i couldnt identify anything. But if you go to www.sasfilms.com and search for any trick say 'rodeo' they will give you like 30 3 second clips you can just watch. It really helps you to understand what each of the different tricks are. Dont know if that matters to you but hope it helps

are you saying i'm no longer invincible cj? i guess i don't really feel invincible much anymore so you're probably right. as for all this trickery bickerin i just say 'oh fuck that was some crazy shit that just got throwed down' when i see something more than a 540. that's my rating system.

i dont want to know the names so i can identify it when someone throws it down. i wanna know what they are so i can learn them. and thanks for that website whoever that was.

The way I learned tricks is just by doing things that flowed for me.

When I first started I never knew what anything was called.

Do whatever works for you, throw flips and spins on different axis' and different timings and see what happens.

And who knows, you may even create new tricks because you aren't in the 'Misty/Rodeo/Dspin/cork' mindset.
