When is it coming out, I've seen some prototypes and I know they haven't made anything official yet. But, has anyone heard any gossip or behind the scenes scoop? C'mon geeks, kick down! I wanna wait on upgrading if it's coming out within a year.

Also, when is Microsoft dropping their piece of crap?

you have not seen prototypes. You have seen fan mockups. Apple is one of the most secretive companies when it comes to future designs. They RARELY get leaked. Sometimes a persons idea of what a product should look like will come close...but almost NEVER is it a leak.

^thanks for the clarity yeti, yeah, that's what I meant. prototypes done by followers and fans, etc. however, like you said, they're usually pretty close. also, an online movie retailer just released full ipod sized movies (9x16 or so?) and nobody makes a screen with that format. hmmm.

new shuffle is small as all hell. and the new nanos are sick. i think im getting an 80g cuz my third gen is reaching its end i believe.

well the new nano's are pretty sick i think. seem stronger than the old ones. but as long as you don't beat them on a rock you can get warranty anyways.
