So I'm taking the bindings off my Made'Ns and they are really being a bitch. I have tried grease, using a washcloth as a grip assistant, everything I can think of. My shop always strips my bolts which pisses me off and they won't fix it, so I have to. I was thinking of super-glueing the screwdriver to the bolts, then breaking the bolt off the screwdriver when I was done. any help please??? I need these to be off in like 30 minutes cause I'm selling them to someone.
go to sears or to home depot and get those drill bits designes for striped bolts. There about 20 bucks for the set but there worth it. I got them over a year ago and they have allready saved me tons
dude either you are lying or your shop is a fucking piece. If someone stripped the screws in my bindings i would tell them to put new ones in as soon as I saw them.
nope. only 1 screw was stripped in my last pair, and i thought "okay well this must be really unlucky or something." then today I opened up the plate on my Made'Ns and 3 of those and all the inner toe-piece screws were stripped. fucking peter glenn.
well getting out a non-stripped screw isn't hard, you just have to push a little harder. Its getting one out thats stripped as fuck and I've put almost all my body weight on it and everything but it won't budge. fucking kangaroos.
