Buying a camera kit on ebay? safe?

ok so theres like a hd1-hc3 kit wtih lense and tripods and a bunch of other things...at a very low price. I need a camera and I have to pay it myself, and this deal would be perfect for me.But,I dont know if it is legit or safe. Any advices?

i suggest not buying any camera kits of ebay there in it to scam/make money off of you and all the accesories are crap
