So im sitting between a rock and a hard place and cant decide which skis to get. im 6'4" and 170 pounds. i allready know im getting the skis in the biggest size they make, but i cant decide which ones to get. i ski probaly 60% park and 40% all mountain. i would like to stay under $500. and if you can post websites that sell these skis that would be great.
what ive been looking at so far:
volkl dogens
volkl karmas
line invaders
salomon thrusters
fischer addicts

out of those id say karmas if you are going to be out of the park. You might wanna check out PEs or chronic blends and alot of the other all mtn twins rather than more of the park twins.

im like ur same size (6'2" but same weight) and out of my experience id say no dogens youll break them and they arent characteristic of volkls good quality, no invaders cause they suck dong and are too soft for you especially with only 60% park, thrusters are soft but if you want go go a little soft theyd be kinda nice and fun to play on, the karmas are really good cause ur big, they are generally stiff but we have to size to get them to flex and theyd be great out and in the park (where do you ski out of the park? if you do any powder or ski out west then def karmas), and finally the addicts are maybe an even better fit than the karmas but they dont have the size to go out in the powder, and they will have to be center mounted and you probably dont want to go true center with ur park/all mountain ratio. hope that helps

you are pretty tall so something stable is pretty important..
check out chronic blends or karmas, MAYBE anthems (might be a bit soft though)
