Replying to " you threw your parfait all over me "

I work at a superstore (huge grocery store) in electronics and a friend works in natural value. Anyways, we end up going on break together, and on break i said something that pissed her off so she WHIPS her whole fucking parfait thing at me. the whipcream, icecream, fruit.. all over my arm and work shirt and hands and shoulders. It was a mess, clearly PMS. Anyways, im PISSED so i go clean up and go back to work.

10 minutes later i call her department and the conversation goes like this (the whole thing is a lie it never happened):
"hey is emily there"
"its me."
"hey its jake"
"hi .." (oh and btw stupid hoe never said sorry)
"umm i have to warn you of something"
"ugh ok?"
"Terry (loss prevention guy - watches the store via cameras to prevent shoplifting) saw what you did to me on the cameras in the break room. He told steve (store manager) and steve came and talked to me about it."
"what did you say?"
"all i said was you threw your parfait all over me and it was a mess"
"wtf"
"yeah so steves comming over to talk to you soon, so just a heads up"
"-- hang up"

haha fucking bitch. She was so scared of getting fired (she gets in enough trouble at that store) it was priceless. It was well worth it to get a parfait on me to see what she went through. Payback is a bitch.
