Help Me PLEASE adobe 6.0...

i have adobe 6.0, can someone tell me how to compress videos to put on the net in quicktime format using H.264 codec or something of the sort. I have downloaded the codec, i just dont know how to transfer the adobe project into the codec to export it. any suggestions??

I'm a Mac user myself but I know if you have Quicktime 7 Pro there is a way to do it... Export the Premier project as a full quality .avi file and then open it in QT Pro and export it from there by going file>export... Here are the settings I use for h.264 compression and they are pretty good, anywhere from medium to medium/high quality produces a fairly low file size but still has great picture quality... Hope that helps

go to export movie > choose mov.(i think some avi's will work in quicktime too) after that is done.. do what ^ posted through quicktime pro.. thats how ive done it.
