Ok I know im going to get alot of shit for posting this, but I can do a misty 5 no problem... but how do i throw the misty different to give me that extra 180? (by the way i throw my left hand to my right shin, not hip)
less than a frontflip and more than a flatspin (at least thats how I do it)
you still do the flip but you´re a bit more... ehm... angular
What you can try too is to do a Misty5 on trampoline and then when you´re almost done you just throw the last 180 to get the full rotation.
Most people do rather a misty5+180 than real misty7s.
instead of sort of doing the roll on your back 180 for the misty 5, throw it more under than over the top. you can keep the same principle but just put a little more spin into it when you set it.
