trampolin help

i know there are tons of post about trampolins but not like mine


i dont have a tramp but my neihbor does so i use theirs i cant jump high enough to do many tricks on it i want to learn to jump higher what is the secret?

also i used to be able to spin 1080s and land on knees but no i can only 720. the trampoline in bad cuz of the springs what should i do they are rusty

to go higher, use your whole body to jump, not just your legs, and point your toes strait down everytime you leave the mat. this gives you that last extra push.

how mcuh do you weigh? either way it's not hard to get air, just jump dont jump on top of the tramp just into it
