Hey im thinking of this computer for editing mostly it has 2gb- 17" screen- 2.16 ghz - 120 gb for memory good or na?

That is deff fast enough to edit, but a 17" laptop, defeats the purpose of a 'laptop', my dad has the 15" and that is almost too big. If your going that big you might as well get a desktop.

ya well the thing is i already have a desktop for all of my other shit this would just to bring on skiing trips no where else and my sister has a 17 and i like the size alot

Ridiculous

but you also have to think about whats gonna happen to the laptop after its going to be used..if your transporting it in a laptop specific backpack, it might be too big.
not to mention if you ever want to use it for school or anything, a 17" is pretty big to lug around.

I am a fan of large monitors, I have a 21" monitor with a G5 Dual Processor tower. But when it comes to laptops 15" is big enough for my liking.
