I'm having issues with it. I just got it to get the music off my ipod back onto my recently reformatted computer, no surprise. I run it and it comes up with the cool alien dude saying no ipod found. I guess I got it to find it once but then it froze. It keeps telling me to enable "Disk mode" in Itunes, and to see the help files that come with the program to do so. But, what help files. I cant find any, and I cant get it to do anything else. Somebody want to help me out with this?
