Weird phone calls?

someone has phoned my house like 6 times in the past 20 minutes and everytime i picked up it was weird noises, some music sometimes, and some distant talking but no one ever answers to. and the phone number is a number thats a cell phone in a city thats like 400 km away

my friend bought this thing online where he calls this number and you type your account in. then it allows you to call any number you decide and then you decide any number you want to call from. after you choose your voice or stuff like that so we prank call all these people and its funny as shit

They might be sitting on the cell phone or something, and they just keep pressing send and it does automatic recall. It's happened to me before.

dude i promise this is true, but i moved to the beach last summer and ihad a job. anyway im upstairs in bed, its 4:04 in the morning and im tired as hell. so my phone rings once and i dont pick it up and my phone was pretty loud. it rings again about 2 mins later so finally i pick it up and say "alright who is it" i was pissed because who calls at 4:00 a.m. and im tired and i had to get up at 7:00 for work, and theyalready woke me up once that night. its this really scray sounding voice asking where i was right then, so i say ok who is this and they wouldnt say. then they kept asking where i was and then it said u better not fucking hang up this phone. so at that point i was really freaked out because i was asleep and not thinking clearly because i was so groggy. so i hung up the phone righ then and they kept calling back and i turnee my phone off. then i looked at my recieved calls thing and it was a private caller with no number so i dont even know who it was that called me.
