make a ramp and everything out of wood. get astroturf and put it on there and water it down and thats about it. maybe a little soap on there if its too slow

oooh i get it. i thought your plan was to put a rail over a pool so it wouldn't hurt if you fell off or something. "Summer setup" or "summer rail" is the term you want. Somebody should bump the official summer setup thread. I can't find it for some reason.
