Replying to My Computer Problems Part 2

So I made a thread a while ago that turned up some help and then screwed me over. I did get some good advice and thank you to the people who gave it but I just couldnt pull it off myself. Today we dropped into the local computer place to see if they could help. I told the guy my exact delema and what I had tried. To my surprise he told me that a program had been installed and my problem was more than just needing to repair the nstallation of the operating system. Now they want me to bring in my computer, and because of my parents I have no choice but to do so. What worries me is that I still had incriminating things on my desktop when it stopped booting up. I also had the parental controls that they installed turned off, and I still get the virus alerts when I turn my computer on. I'm not going to lose any sleep since they really aren't supposed to look at more than what they need to. I dont know why the hell I'm telling you guys this its more an update for the people who tried to help me. SO thanks for the people who at least gave me something to fuck around with so I felt like I was doing something, this really makes me want to get a mac.
