People who donate get the privalege to use certain html tags. So you can make better links. I would realy like some good ol a href action.

i know nothing about programming or anything, but is it possible to code somehow for certian people to use a tag and others not? for instance, lets use bold as an example, me as a donater, and personx as a non donater. Is it possible to have something like this happen:
