exporting flash movie

hey how do u exort a flash movie to turn it into a avi thing or watnot with flash MX i cant figure ut out later

do a search on downloads.com. there is a program there that does that i think. or download a 30 day trial of flash mx and get a crack from astalavista.com

I got flash 5 and you click file -> export as and then select to export it as an AVI

at least i think thats how you do it, dont hold em to that
word..
