165 pocket rockets

I am about 5' 95 pounds and wanna get some powder skis for next year. I was thinking the 165 pocket rockets but everyone says there to big.....has anyone skied bigger skis in powder how do they turn. Just wanna get some info

well i havn't ridin those skis but im bout 5' 4' and i ski 165 concepts and i wouldn't go any shorter than that for me. and as for powder skis i would buy those plus thats the shortest powder ski out there.

if i were you id go with the 175 Pocket Rocket or the 176 Scratch BC, you cant go wrong with either one of those

cause the 165 pocket rockets arent really good powder skis unless youre 4 feet tall and 50 pounds, a salomon rep told me that they were more designed for smaller people that wanted a more stable ski in the park or something

yeah, how old r u, cause if ur young and ur still growin then it'll all change during the off/on season, how long will u keep them? that's also going to be a factor

get some mad trix 162 and mount them for big moutain or TM 165. You dont need a super fat ski since you are really small

I want pow skis becasue I ski heavy powder at hood and my concepts (153's) just sunk. I wanna be able to ski good pow and good park and my friends brother said they where good I wanna get the TMs but I dont know if they will hold up as well in the pow. I am 14 and 90 pounds and can get the PR with bindings for 400$

dude with your weight a 165 would be good. and they have enough sidesut that you could swing em around quick

i don't care much for fat skis since i live in Wisconsin. When i go to Whistler every year, i take my Salomon 720s with a 72 mm waist up to Spanky's Ladder. It isn't that bad. not much float though. getting public enemies soon, 80 mm waist on those.
