well i was just told that a week from now i have to get surgary to open up my gums and uncover a tooth that is litiraly sidway in my gums. They cant knock me out completley so they have to use a local anesthesia as well as a sedation. Has anyone had previous experiance with these how is it. the guy says that i shouldn't do anything 48 hours after the surgery and stuff like that who has had experiance how is it and how does it feel
cut i have to be able to responed to the guy if anything goes wrong hes like if something goes wrong like you feel like you can't breath just wiggle your fingers
And so is the dentist, Man I can't stand that shit. The sound of the drill, the cheap plasticy feel of the place, just damn unpleasant. Much rather go to the doctors and get shots and what not.
I have a friend who had it and he looked like a fucking chipmunk for a week. His whole face went purple and he had really bad black eyes. He said it hurt a lot but a week later he was fine.
i had that same exact thing happen to me, twice. i had laughing gas and Novocain and it wasnt that bad, it will be a throbbing pain for a little but nothing serious. i went to lax practice about 10 minutes after my surgery and it worked out fine.
i had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and a impacted tooth cut out (wich is the same thing u have) and they put me to sleep. but i went skiing 2 days after cuz i was staying home from school anwyays. ull be fint. but it sucks cuz u cant eat shit and it kinda hurts. but u will most likley get like oxycodons and shit. and if u dont wanna use the rest sell em to kids at school. u can make like 3 bucks a pill.
thanks for that landis..
i just had my wisdom teeth removed. the first 4 hours were the worst by far, too early to take pain medicine. from the point you take your vicodin, until when you go to bed will be sweet. waking up when the vicodin wears off is beat, the stuff is only good for about four hours, they reccomend taking it every five, but every four is legit. when you have teeth removed, there is a hole in your gums down into your jaw, and at the bottom of the hole is a blood clot. if you make any sort of suction whatsoever in your mouth for a few days after the surgery, the clot will rip out. gauze is your best friend, keep it in at all times until you see no blood in it (probably about the 3rd day)
