The law is fucked up

My friend just lost his license for 90 days because he was at a party that got busted a year ago. The reasoning behind the DMV's decision was that he could have been driving. I don't know about you, but this sounds extremely fucked up.

thats soo dumb.. ya he could have been driving but he didnt so i wouldnt think they could take away his license

thats gay. According to that logic, anyone who has ever drunk can get their license taken away because they could have driven.
