Sad clown bad dub

does anyone have this album? it's the only atmosphere record (not including live albums and stuff) i dont have and i cant find it anywhere except for on vinyl and cassette does anyone have it on their computer so they could send it to me. i know theres a way to convert it to mp3 somehow or something. any help?
