So these kids ran over my friends lawn in there car.and they always do shit to his house and we got his license plate numbers last night and i was wondering if there is a website or anything on the internet were i can typ his license plate numbers in and so who the car is registred to and where they live. thanks.

you CAN...but it costs money
id call the cops because they will do it for free, and you can pay them off not to arrest you when you beat the piss out of the kid

not that I know of for free. Google license plate registry and you'll find some sites. Or call the police.
