anyone ever been to the burton store in nyc? everytime i go down to the city, i forget to find out where it is. but i heard there is a walk in freezer there to try on jackets, is this true? also where else in the city could you find nice jackets? i heard of store named paragon that sells orage i believe. (something like that) i wonder if anyone could help
So fucking gay. I work at a local snowboard shop during the winter, and they were so pissed about this. Burton claimed to be bringing the "soul" of snowboarding to where it belongs...NYC. I mean come on we all know where the soul of snowboarding is, and it's not in NYC.
I've been there and its sick. They have every piece of burton stuff you could ever want. The ice room is cool to go into but its more like being inside a meat freezer than outside in the cold. Still, its cool just to go in anyway. Definitely worth the trip.
i went there the other week, while me and my friends were skating up NYC, we just hung out in the cold room for a while, cause it was so hot, out, but def a cool place to check out, especially if wanna see all next years gear, and we got some free stickers from the employees, it was pretty fun but i dont understand why they claim the soul of snowboarding isd in nyc, and such

old boards in the floor, huge freezer, i was pretty much just chillin watchin a movie for like an hour.
