Replying to I need help with ladies...

Hey, im 16 and ive never hooked up wiht a girl. i want to really badly this year, because i need some ass and/or a long term relationship. Up untill now, i just kinda never really paid attention to girls in a sexual way. i just looked at them as people, and never really paid attention to hot girls that walked by. Im not saying i blew girls off, but i just never felt the need to go hook up wiht them if that makes sense... well now im starting to look at girls in a more sexual way (ie. noticing attractive women and feeling the need to take it further with girls). What are some tips that any of you have? I dont really want to just hook up with somebody, but im looking for a more long term thing (at least a month or 2, but i'd like it to be longer). I just need help with the ladies!
