i know you prob don't wanna spend a lot, but if you can come up with some more money, it would be better to buy new.  although some people do take really good care of their boards, most of the time they are riding hard and after several uses it could affect the performance of the board.  this isn't true with my board because it feels just like new after 7 months, but if i saw my board as another person i would never want to buy it.  my only advice is to check www.silverfishlongboarding.com and i think they have a classifieds section or buy/sell section in the forums

check out www.bustinboards.com they make some sick boards that ride incredible and are sweet looking....fully custom boards. i'm a rep for them and can get a bit of discount... let me know if you want any more info

I have one thats 46'' to my understanding, It's a 3 year old sector nine, some scratches, but brand new bearings (red bones). I've taken pretty good care of it it, and it carves very nicely. I'm selling it for around 80$, so if you want pics just pm or post about it.

thos do look pretty sick. it's really nice to hear about a group of friends just doing their own thing and eventually making it into a big buisiness career like that.  mad props to them
